Last week, Oscar-winner Adrien Brody joined Morning Joe to discuss his latest film "Detachment," which is about a substitute teacher in the New York City public school system.
Here he is on-set just before his chat with Mika, Mike and the rest of the crew.
Actress Julianne Moore dropped by Morning Joe this morning to talk about the film everyone's (well, ok, a lot of people) have been talking about: Game Change.
The film, based on the book by Morning Joe regulars Mark Halperin and John Heilemann (who were on the show today...how's that for synergy?), focuses on the 2008 election and takes a close look at Sarah Palin on the campaign trail.
Check out more behind-the-scenes pics
Moore plays Palin in the film. And though Sarah Palin has criticized the film in advance of its release, Mark Halperin has maintained the film is an accurate and balanced portrayal of a woman who first became both widely adored and criticized as John McCain's running mate.

Fort Lee High School gymnasium designed for the Morning Joe education town hall at Fort Lee High School in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
Today Morning Joe decamped over the river to Fort Lee New Jersey for a town hall gathering on education. A lot of our friends came out, and it was a good time.
Here are some of the sights.
And you can find more on our Flickr page.
Have a great weekend.

The man, the myth!
Yes, the one and only William Shatner joined us on Morning Joe last week (we aired the interview today), and it was certainly awesome.
He joined us to talk about his new Broadway show, his role as the Priceline Negotiator and his fiery death.
It was cool. Check it out
PS. I really wanted to include the Priceline commercial where Sleater-Kinney backs up Shatner, but alas, YouTube failed me.
From today.
A quick moment with Luke Russert before his interview.

Joe Scarborough speaks at CPAC 2012 in Washington, D.C.
Last night, our very own Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski headed to CPAC in Washington D.C., held at the Marriott Wardman Park.
Joe had the duty of introducing Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., before Ryan's speech.
MJ producer Louis Burgdorf was on hand to capture the moment via still photography. Here's how the scene looked:

NBA Hall of Famer, author, cultural ambassador, and all-around nice guy, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar joined us for a greenroom interview after his appearance on Morning Joe today.
He talked about his new children's book, how he would have otherwise been a history teacher, and tells us who he thinks has the magic among today's young NBC stars.

Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus and NBC News' Andrea Mitchell chat in the green room at the Mills House Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina.
We've returned from Charleston, and we're still catching up on sleep (somewhat), and we're going through the mountains of photographs we took while down there.
I just came along this one of RNC chair Reince Priebus and NBC News' Andrea Mitchell in a makeshift green room at the Mills House Hotel in downtown Charleston.
Enjoy.

There was no shortage of colorful rally posters.

Adam Harris, 25, drove roughly three hours from Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the rally. He is a graduate of UNC Charlotte. He also attended Colbert and Stewart's Rally to Restore Sanity in DC. Harris says "The way they're doing the whole superPAC thing, it's just amazing how they're shedding light on how it all works." When asked if he had a favorite either Cain or Colbert, Harris says: "I wouldn't have supported Cain when he was running, but now that he's not, I think he's okay."

You probably have heard by now we've got a really special guest coming up on the show today.
This woman is in line, and is really excited about it.
This is the line at around 5 a.m. at the Mills House in Charleston, South Carolina at around 5 a.m.
You people really are dedicated.
