I am increasingly sad at Joe's snarkiness. This morning he is showing why more and more of us are voting democratic. His attitude is ugly, he has no respect for his position. He acts like the republicans who have taken over the party. When he starts acting like a respect-filled human being, he might do a good job for the republicans. Joe, GROW UP!
The Romney team campaigns like the "spoiled brat" kid who runs to the playground to fight and get back at the kid who they don't like who got praised by the teacher in class.
The campaign shows No Integrity, a lot of Immaturity, and blissful Ignorance!
Voter Suppression efforts are a total embarrassment to this Country and this Romney GOP Campaign. It is a shame what they are trying to do to all minority voters to win this election. A combination of minority voters out number GOP supporters. They have to try to find a way to suppress and disenfranchise the Vote. This Country today is becoming a mirror image of the days of "Jim Crow" in the 50's and 60's. It is just Jim and 'Juan' Crow now! Time to unite and Fight America!! Vote!!
Joe, I don't understand how you can say Mitt Romney is a great businessman and if you had a company you would love to have him run it. What do you think our government is? It is most definitely a company and one that is horribly out of control. Exactly what a "turn around" professional can do. I know about turn around companies being personally associated with 2 in the past 6 years. Granted they are nothing in size compared to Mitt Romney's experiences or our "bulging" government, but the model is still the same. Both of these businesses are still in business and no big lay offs.
Frankly I also don't believe that Mitt Romney is behind in Ohio, despite what the polls show. I live here and I talk to people all the time. As I drive through our neighborhoods I have not seen a "single" Obama sign in a yard unlike 4 years ago. But there are a multitude of Romney signs. Perhaps Obama supporters are not as bold as they were 4 years ago and that is the reason for the lack of support signs, but I think not.
I personally have not been called by any polling group in this "swing state". My spouse was called however, and as soon as he said he was voting for Romney, they said thanks and promptly ended the call. Wonder which way they leaned. This appears like polling manipulation to me.
Wake up Ohio, don't believe what you hear on TV and radio. Make your own observations and vote with your head and not your heart. I too had high hopes four years ago, but I learn from my mistakes.
I'd much rather have a "intelligent successful" candidate than one that is proficient at campaigning (I think you referred to Romney as a "horrible" one). I am not interested in an outward personality contest. It says nothing about what a candidate will be like when he is actually in the position. We now understand that far too well.
New outlook regarding Scarborough; I wish folks on "Morning Joe" would learn to say to Joe as applicable that his comments are simply irrational. Joe is becoming less attached to reality almost by the day, imo. Is MSNBC just going to watch him go over the falls in a barrel? Throw the dude a lifeline allready, before he ends up in a heap on the craggy rocks, for Pete's sake. He's a human being in a crisis, help him out a little bit.
Or..... bring action if possible against Scarborough for creating a hostile work environment and/or abusiveness and/or sexual harassment. Scarborough is turning into an intellectually toothless and peculiarly maimed tiger, imo. He ain't Glenn Beck, but he's just becoming an ascerbic curiosity.
This country is NOT A COMPANY and can't be run as one. Companys are about profit above everything else; just ask the people Romney laid off.
And Romney is not fit to run this country. Frankly, I would think he is a poor businessman. Maybe that's why Bain let him go run the Olympics. You've seen how he has run his campaign... it's disorganized, keeps contradicting itsself and has no viable message.
Meka you are a real lady and continue keeping those guys real. Joe: What happened to you this morning? Did you flee on purpose when Anthony Anderson arrived at the show? I hope not. I defended you by saying "Joe has a weak bladder and had to go to the John." Anyway, I am addicted to Morning Joe. Keep up good work, Meka. And Joe just because it comes up in your mind doesn't mean it is right. Sometimes, Joe just because it comes up (in your mind) doesn't necessarily means it should come out. Its a thin line between love and hate,...one of these days you are going to push Meka too far. And please put the Reagan years and your congressional time in proper perspective. You are becoming the Sara Palen of Morning Joe.
