I have been watching campaigns since Eisenhower. I know that campaigns are about who can persuade the American electorate to vote for them. The problem that I am having is how can Joe, Halperin, and all Republican strategists keep saying that R/R may have this in the bag.
I have never seen a candidate LIE so much as Romney/Ryan has and this is very disconcerting. I do not want anyone who thinks that in order to gain an advantage, they have to lie on my president with dishonest ads.
Kudlow was pontificating about my president taking money out of Medicare and dumping into the ACA is factually dishonest. I did not hear anyone on the panel dispute Kudlow's analogy which was patently false....
What's really disturbing now is that they are not bothering to cover their lies. Match that with the insane amounts of cash infused into the RR campaign and you have a platform built on deceit, suppression and extreme ideology. It will be a sad day if American voters are hoodwinked into supporting this.
Kudlow is wrong when he says polls show Americans support Ryan's Medicare plan. Out of the people who know about Ryan's Medicare voucher scheme, 49% are against it and only 34% support it, according to Pew research.
Not one member of the Morning Joe team verbally disputed Kudlow's falsehood - they missed an opportunity to inform their viewers of the facts.
Kudlow is an idiot.
