I am truly sick of the media hyperbole steering this election into the toilet! This is ridiculous. There were absolutely no racial overtones to Joe Biden's comments. I'm Black! This is media distortion - being eloquently used by the Romney campaign. Mark Halpern and Joe Scarbourough are indicative of those media opportunists who exaggerate certain outtakes to support their own political ideology. I'm thoroughly sick of it, on both sides and all over. I listen to Joe criticize this method every morning, then hypocritically engage in exactly the same thing he criticizes. Pitiful and disgraceful. The rational voices this morning are Mike and Jonathan. And yes, the Soptic ad is trash and the Obama campaign is stupid not to disown it and get it thrown out. I am disappointed by all of this - but particularly you Joe.

I can see we the truly righteous could be outraged by the Veep's clever turn of a phrase in front of that particular audience, but with the economic oppression foisted on the 98%ers by the 2%ers, the US rapidly devolving into a nation of "wage slaves" working for the "corporations are people too" crowd. Couple that with the national Republican voter oppression coordinated campaign (voter roll purges, ID laws, restricting early voting) I'm not so sure that I would give the Veep more than a funny glance for making such a remark. Its food for thought, really. And the Romney cabal are not whom I would consider "truly righteous."

"Do unto others" is lost on the political stage. One side seems love the gutter more. One side seems to believe you speak and infer a different tone, because of ones skin tone. Because they want to keep segragated one class, one race, one man from the other. Respect seems only to be expected in the hallowed halls of Congress..that said, what do these superior beings believe "we the common folk" to be? Gutter politics does give us a clear choice, of how we want to be treated, who we would perfer to believe, and in who shares our likeness... Sadly, MLK's dream for all humanity..gets buried in the mud, with those who choose to mud wrestle, rather than make a better vessel for a better tomorrow.

I'm loving it! Joe is actually blaming consultants for republican actions! LOL he's not blaming republicans - it's the fault of consultants! LOL. Why? Because Republicans have no backbone to stand up to consultants? LOL. Oh, my side hurts.

It's the Media Stupid!! That is who promotes so much hate and anger and division; Thank you Lawrence O'Donnel when you said you did not run the story about 'unchained' on your show. You did not because you have shown that you do not like racism, hate, divisiveness and you do not encourage it. Joe Scarborough is running the story and will talk about it for 3 hours because he loves to encourage hate; and thinks it helps his candidate. Romney saying the Whitehouse has gone 'to a lower' point; 'discrediting the Presidency'? Hell, men like Romney have been saying that since the night of the election when the President gave his victory speech. It is a perception by many and needs no actions from this great and proud, and over-worked, constantly bashed, President, to validate their sick perceptions.

joe scaborough is a two faced two tongue politician as usual and he is a absolutely an obama hater he has shown it evry day.and mark halpern refered to the president as a dick earlier this year, where did nbc get that racist from??.

nbc.com should revise morning joe to morning= mika and send joe scaborough to fox that is where he belong.

Listening to Democratic Congressman Chris Van Hollen- ranking member on the Budget Committee, on the Morning Joe Show. The Obama campaign should put him in an "Affordable Health Care Act", and Medicare ad, and let him explain it. He has made more sense talking about it, (other than the President) than all the other campaign team members that I have listened to. Thank you Congressman Chris Van Hollen! Continue the good work!

Im always amazed at how concrete the minds of liberals are. How they can speak out of both sides of their mouths, as needed. How they can morph into being black, that would make a good man like MLK shutter. How they can use a persons death, as if Mr Romney killed her, without conscience, or regret.
