I don't share Joe's horror over the ad he showed (Bain Capital caused a steelworker's wife's death). I'm sure there are many, many cases where people didn't get timely attention for a serious health condition because they didn't have health insurance. Some of these folks may well have died as a result of not catching treatable conditions early enough. I'm equally sure that some of those people blame the business or person who caused them to lose their health insurance coverage. So why is this dirty to say so in an ad? Hospitals and other health care providers have long argued that uninsured people show up in emergency rooms in large numbers because they can't be turned away for lack of coverage. These patients are frequently more difficult to treat than if they saw a doctor earlier.

Secondly, Joe was at a loss to find an example of Republicans charging the President of causing someone's death. How about all the claims of the Healthcare bill creating "Death Panels"?

I know that President Obama supposedly would get nasty enough 4 years ago. However, I think if he would just highlight some of the accomplishments during this term, it would do the job. Wacthed this weeks episode of the Aaron Sorkin show on HBO and at the end the showed the the president making his announcement saying Osama Bin Ladin was dead. This gave me cry, gave me goosebump, and so proud of our president. He has more of these moments and could stay positive. Though if the Rebuplican are going to throw the first punch, the President better punch back and punch hard!

Just channel searching this morning and flipped on your show. It was refreshing to see a media outlet ask some tough question's of the Obummer mouthpiece. American's are tired of hearing about what was inherited 4 year's ago. let's talk about what the plan is for the next 4 year's and why that plan is'nt happening starting today. why wait till january?

and since Obummer said he'd cut the deficet in half by the end of his first term,does he expect to cut it in half again to 21 trillion?

I think the lastest add will turn public sentiment again'st him finally! he's lost any moral compass he might have ever had! can't wait till november!!

Here's where you and everyone on the panel because you have enough $$ to live well don't get it. Here's why that ad with the laid off worker resonates with me. I get it. You have a job with a certain income, one that allows you to build up a cushion and one in which you are probably set for life. The guy in the ad loses his job his healthcare. Wife adds him to her plan, raising how much she has to pay out of her salary every month (no one gets family coverage for free). So, the household income goes down a lot between the two events. She skips doctor's visits because who has the extra co-pay $? And it's not just the $20 doctor's visit co-pay. It's the co-pays for tests and for any drugs that may be prescribed. There isn't enough extra money in the budget for any out-of-pocket expenses and if you don't feel really sick you are not going to the Doctor. It's a luxury for a budget that has trouble paying for the necessities like mortgage, food, cars, taxes, etc.

That's the reality for most Americans who are less than 1 paycheck away from disaster. That's a reality you and Robert Gibbs and Michael Steele can't fathom anymore.

Had to turn the station when Joe went on his rant about how Romney should spend his money without caring what others think. The station turning seems to be happening more when Joe speaks. I didn't change the channel when he was away recently, off set. Hummm!!!

Ha Ha Ha Joe is so full of crap! His claim that Romney had four extraordinary years in Mass is total BS! Even the Republicans in the Mass Congress grew to DESPISE him! THATS exactly why he didn't even get a chance to run for a second term!

It amazes me how little Joe really knows about politics! Just he just make this stuff up? Oh yeah thats EXACTLY what he does! He's a REPUBLICAN and that's what they do! Mislead the public on facts! Give me a break! Use your Google folks to double check Joe's double speak! Ha HA HA! What a joke!

Romney's completely dishonest in every ad he's every used against every Republican he's run against as well as the President and of course all of his surrogates are dishonest! It's amazing he was ever a Bishop in any church if that's even true. Of course how would we know since Romney refuses to let us know anything about him, his past, his religion, his business, his taxes, his life as governor, his policies, or what he owns, he refuses to release any documentation to take any specific stand but rather stands on every side on every issue, refuses to tell the truth on anything, and is a total fool when it comes to representing us on foreign soil and in foreign policies. Electing Daffy Duck would be a better call.

Of course Joe wouldn't know that because he's so misinformed on political history.

while i appreciate joe's energy, it would be more appropriate to say the mass. congress worked with romney. not the other way around. contrary to the congress obama has to work with. romney has changed opinions and committments faster than a cameleon changes colors. it all depends upon how it will benefit him at the time.

It is good that people are starting to realize and to state that folks like Romney ... don't care ... about the destruction they leave in their wake. Generally speaking ... Republicans seem to relish antisocialism and seem also to evidence antipathy to the suffering of others. Folks at the top aren't necessarily normal. Many in media and in business are simply lacking in ethical comportment, empathy and humanity. They lack normality and they really don't know the difference, and they certainly do not care. It is a pathology that exists for a few foilks who simply lack the normal awarenness of humanity that is the most basic blessing of life. They're not normal. Folks who lack compassion and empathy are actually psychologically subhuman, imo. . They're two legged sharks. They just feed. They don't worry about their victims. They're predators.
