Here's a look at the stories we're following right now. What are you reading this morning?
Parties strategize ahead of health care ruling
Bartering takes hold in austerity-wracked Greece
Obama at Ground Zero: 'We remember. We rebuild. We come back stronger'
Egypt transition in turmoil on eve of vote

Again............Joe is correct about the failure of the Obama campaign to tout their accomplishments . Barack is not willing to fight for a second term but rather is trying to slide back in by "just enough ."
I got a call yesterday for a contribution and told them not a dime . I said this election I may not even vote for Barack . And that this was coming from someone who got a personal phone call from Barack thanking me for all the work on his campaign in 2007 . I hosted an event at my home where Fran and Jim Plouffe , parents of David , attended a live TV/internet broadcast . I told the caller I was angry the Barack was not willing to fight to win .
One of my neighbors , a retired state trooper and staunch republican , gets instantly boiling angry when the subject of present politics comes up . Barack does not realize the intense anger of the opposition and what he has to do to win .
At this point I believe Mitt Romney will be the next president!
It's up to the corporate news media to inform America and I for one am sick of the corporate media complaining that the President is failing to inform the populace. Corporate media keeps America as uninformed as it deems necessary to pursue corporate interests. It's a sham. The media is a failure in largest part and work for the same interests that have bought off the GOP, and almost everyone knows it. The media is almost entirely bought and paid for and that is why Americans are so dreadfully ignorant of current events.
And, State Patrollers and Firemen in Wisconsin crossed the line. Cops and firemen and State patrollers who have thrown in with the GOP are destroying Unions nationwide, and will be responsible in largest part for the demise of Unions.
Hey guys, I do not watch MJ to listen to music (background stuff is annoying), sports talk, or chit chat, (talking over each over is infuriating).
Get with the important stuff, politics, wars (why), Congress and the Pres doing nothing about the debt, etc.
First let me say that Yes our President needs to frame his speeches reflecting on the specific plan his Administration has for our future that differs from that of Romney's. I believe that for the most part he did that yesterday. We have a choice between a plutocrat, Mitt Romney, and our President who is really a centrist and someone who does look to our Country's citizens best interests. Romney speaks to hbis first 100 days in office , lower taxes, take away regulations for the financial industry, do away with the Affordable Health Care Act, follow Ryan's budget Plan, reduce the budget deficit. However does he dare to mention how costly doing all of those things will be because to lower the budget, to lower taxes, to take away the regulations on banks and Wall STreet means getting rid of subsidies on oil, costing us the tax payer you all are so concerned about more in the money we have to pay for health care , costing seniors and the poor, yes the poor, more as Medicare in the Ryan Plan goes to a voucher system if not immediately then within a few years of the Romney Administration, on and on it goes. Our top economists show that Romney's and Ryan's plans do not lower anything accept their own taxes but increases their wealth. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH WEALTH, THE PROBLEM IS THAT those who are the wealthiest in our world of today have become very greedy, have with Citizens United infiltrated our government now in a way that will bear a great influence on elected officials and yes more than ever before because they through their huge contributions have bought an election and so if Mitt wins he will owe big time those donors. That will be bad for us and our Democracy.
You know, I used to watch morning joe religiously every morning. Matter of fact, I used to watch Scarborough country every evening but I just can't stand it anymore. I can't stand a show where the host talks over people, constantly interrupts, resorts to childlike actions when he doesn't get his way and doesn't allow anyone an opinion unless he "scarborough" gives it to him. If you haven't figured it out by now, you never will......not everybody has the same opinions and views as you. Just because someone does shouldn't give you the green light to talk down to them in some holier than thou condescending tone.
And quit acting like you older then you are. You made a comment on one of your shows about remembering something LBJ said and how stunned you were. Your younger then me pontiff Joe. Your just making yourself look like an idiot.
I am your average, educated, employed, citizen born is this country. Maybe you should listen to one because if I find you arrogant and self serving, chances are alot of your viewing audience does to. Oh...wait....you don't care anyway. You're part of the 1% and the little people shouldn't have opinions unless you gave them to us. What I would give to watch you have a civil topic discussion with the common average U.S. citizen. IF you would let them talk, I'm sure they would expose you as the dis-connected elitist you are.
And quit giving congress a pass. You’re constantly blaming the President for our economic woes. One man can’t fix in 42 months what it took another man 96 months break. Give the man who is trying to fix the problem the same amount of time it took the man to create the problem. He may not be doing what you and the GOP think he should be doing but at least he is trying. His heart is in the right place. Can congress say the same thing? No. Their main political objective is to make President Obama a one term president. The president is trying to help this country all while congress is trying to bring him down.
Mika and Joe may be due Emmys! Their outstandingly believable patronization of Chris Hayes this am was certainly award worthy. Most outstanding Lead Actress and Actor in a Morning news format program for Friday June the 15th...awards go to...Mika and Joe!
I'm getting tired of Joe talking over people that I want to listen to. I don't want Joe's opinion, I'd like to form my own opinion. Joe went overboard today 6/15. My husband walked into our office this morning and said "just look at Joe. He looks like he's seething". Ended up he walked off the set. We made a bet he would. He obviously has an emotional problem. I sure would like it if he went to the doctor to get that fixed. I like the show and have watched for a long time except when Joe starts pontificating. When that happens I turn it to another station.
