Romney spent the primary election trying to convince the primary voters that he is just as much a "radical right Nut' as Santorum, Bachmann, Gingrich , and Cain. Racist, biased, sexist remarks against minorities, women's rights, etc; Now he will spend the general election trying to convince the voters that he is as 'moderate' as President Obama!! For me it is not which person he truly is...it is about his being so 'deceptive'. My question is.... does he have the morals and integrity to be my President. If you can deceive so easily to get there, you will deceive the people when you are there!...Making promises on issues you believe in but are not able to keep (for whatever reason) I can understand; but lying about your beliefs and issues just to pander to a crowd, I cannot accept. Every radical, pinnochio lie he told on the Primary...the Obama Administration will not let Americans forget it in the General Election! The President will eat him alive in the debates trying to explain his past statements.
Mr. flopper once again reversed course and changed his mind about the raising of the student loan tax. Last week he was against it and I guess someone told him he was losing in that category and he quickly changed his mind. It must be difficult for him to get up every day and wonder what should I say today....this from someone running for President...he cannot take a stand and stick with it. I understand he thinks we should say "thanks" to the rich...whyever for and should we genuflect first???? Last week he stood in a closed manufacturing plant with a sign saying Obama caused this and it was a factory closed during the Bush years 2008...I guess someone forgot to tell him this.
I have never seen a candidate who has trouble getting confirmation from h is own party like Romney...many have supported him but with reservation and say so. One rep. said...I do not like him but I will hold my nose and vote for him. He cannot get Santorum to endorse him and Sun on. George's show...the republican woman said...I endorse him but not publically, yet? Why, I wonder. He is not going off with a flow of great guy or we love him. He is just not likeable not even with his own party. That says something deep about him....being in the party for years and not getting a resounding approval indicates they know something they do not like about him....we need to pay attention to this. While he says Obama is over his head...I think the opposite is true....he is the one over his head and his problem is he does not know which way to go and that is why he flip flops so frequently. I cannot have confidence in someone like him. I did not like Santorum but you always knew where he stood...in Romney's case...it depended on the day and how the polls go for that subject. Does not exude confidence in my book.
