Rahm E. going after the thugs in Chicago when a teen was shot leaving a party for no apparent reason. Quickly the police brought in 20 people and charged 6. The mayor is seriously about his city's business.

    You haven't noted Rahm going after the "Thugs"in Chicago. A teenager was shot leaving a party. The family, friends and school officals had nothing but good things about this high profile athel
